Inspired by the Vault 101 Jumpsuit from Fallout 3
This is a remake of an older C2C outfit. I wanted to bring in different accessories and make this outfit a little more accessible to everyone since yellow can be an intimidating color to wear.
Style Tip: Tone down a pop of color by pairing it with lots of neutrals and textures. In this case, the denim dress actually becomes a neutral when paired with the yellow bag.
1. The best way to convey the jumpsuit, besides actually wearing one, is to rock a dress. This denim summer dress brings that retro flair that Fallout is known for. // Dress: Boohoo - Emma Denim Button Front Skater Dress, $50
2. I chose retro, yet industrial, looking accessories for this outfit to really drive home the culture of the vault. // Earrings: Boticca - Double Winding Wheel Earrings, $159 / Bracelet: Lucky Brand - Tribal Hinge Cuff, $100 / Belt: Nordstrom - Fossil Macrame Stretch Belt, $40
3. This ladylike purse adds a pop of yellow to the outfit, replicating the jumpsuit’s golden accents. // Purse: Modcloth - Juice Run Bag, $189
4. Classic wedges bring this outfit into modern day and are a comfortable alternative to flats or heels for the summer. // Wedges: Couture Candy - Stella Wedges, $88

It’s rare to come across a strong, independent female character in video games - which is why Sarah Palmer from Halo 4 is such an inspiring character to me. I wanted to do an outfit that represented her out of her armor. I chose leather looking leggings to imitate her armor’s undersuit. I paired them with a grey sweatshirt and silver chevron necklace. I also chose burgundy leather accents to replicate her armor’s color. (Reference Image)
This outfit is inspired by Kirby! I’ve received multiple requests for a guy outfit inspired by Kirby and I just couldn’t resist. I think more guys should wear pink, since it’s such a flattering color (and it doesn’t always have to be “preppy” either). I did more of a skater-styled outfit with a baggy t-shirt and beanie. I think the baggy clothes are similar to Kirby’s ability to suck in air and get bigger. (Reference Image)
