This outfit is inspired by Matriarch Benezia from Mass Effect. I wanted to do a modern take on her evil evening gown of sorts. I decided to go with a very restrictive, yet sexy look. I chose a dark purple pencil skirt paired with a satin camisole. I found black accessories and a black jacket. I also chose gold earrings that remind me of the style in Mass Effect. (Reference Image)
This outfit is inspired by Ayane from Dead or Alive 5. I chose to do her ninja outfit because I think it’s ridiculously badass. I wanted to do something that looked equally as badass, but maybe not as ninja-y. I chose a sexy black body suit, paired with purple jeans. I also chose a leather purse and knee high black boots. Lastly, I found red earrings and a red bracelet that reminds me of her rope belt. (Reference Image)
This outfit is inspired by Ada Wong of Resident Evil 6. I really loved her leather pants in game so I wanted to replicate that with some leather-looking leggings. I also chose a slinky black top paired with a red off the shoulder sweater to add a touch of cozy and sexy. I also added suede boots and a clutch to add more texture to the outfit. Lastly, I chose a silver leaf bangle that reminded me of the healing herbs in the game. (Reference Image)
Today’s outfit is a very special request from my good friend LEOpirate. He’s got a super awesome stream where he plays…uh…interesting survival horror games. You can check out his stream here, as well as follow him on twitter!
This outfit is inspired by Alyssa Hamilton from Clock Tower 3. I chose to do a preppy outfit, taking cues from her school girl uniform. I chose a plaid cape, paired with a lacy tank and skinny green pants. I also chose suede ankle boots, leather gloves, and some green accessories. (Reference Image)
This outfit is inspired by Lucca of Chrono Trigger. I’ve actually never played Chrono Trigger, but after seeing this character’s outfit (from a request) I really want to play it! She looks so cute and I just love the colors. I think I’m actually going to go buy this whole outfit for myself - it’s probably one of my favorites that I’ve done.
I chose to really make the most of her bright color palette. I chose a simple orange top and paired it with a blue pencil skirt. I think this outfit would be adorable with simple tights and knee high boots. I also chose to replicate her green scarf and incorporated her purple hair into the watch. This outfit may seem a little intimidating for those of you who don’t wear too much color, but I think it looks put together because of the simplicity of all the pieces. These colors may stand out, but they look great together. (Reference Image)
This outfit is inspired by Solid Snake of the Metal Gear series. I chose to do an evening outfit interpretation of him with a black and grey palette. (Reference Image)
This outfit is inspired by Leliana of Dragon Age. I absolutely fell in love with this top and decided to base most of the outfit around it. It’s got a super flattering cut, great color (that matches Leliana’s armor), and a cute pattern. I chose feather-looking earrings and a feather ponytail holder. I also chose brown leather accessories to mimic her in-game outfit’s palette. (Reference Image)
This outfit is inspired by Jeanne of Bayonetta. She’s also a super sexy character, so I chose to do an unconventional 80’s vibe of sexy. I chose a high-low skirt which are so in style for spring, plus it’s an easy way of getting sexy without wearing a mini skirt. I also chose a bustier with lace detail to add a little lady-like style to the outfit. I chose feather accessories to imitate her big feathery collar and cuffs and a cross ring to mimic the religious tones of the game. This outfit is perfect for a night out. (Reference Image)
This outfit is inspired by Inspector Chelmey from the Professor Layton series. I chose a similar palette of browns and tans, but decided to do more of a casual take on his suit (he always looks so frumpy anyways). (Reference Image)
With the recent release of Minecraft on the Xbox360, I thought it would be fun to do a Creeper inspired outfit. I chose a box-y dress with square accents to imitate Minecraft’s cube style. (Reference Image)
This outfit is inspired by Yuna of Final Fantasy. I chose to imitate her, uh, side skirt (?) with this high-lo skirt, which is totally in style for spring. It may seem a little out there, but I’d recommend pairing it with a simple shirt tucked in. I also chose to mimic her colorful outfit with bright accessories in bold prints. This outfit is perfect for a night out. (Reference Image)
I’ve gotten quite a few requests for a fallout themed outfit and I couldn’t resist doing Vault Boy. I wanted to take most of my inspiration from his jumpsuit, so I chose a light blue denim romper (rompers are really in style right now, especially for spring). I also did a more neutral palette for the accessories since the romper is so fashion adventurous (to me at least). (Reference Image)
Post-apocalyptic meets style in this Lilith inspired outfit from the Borderlands game. (Reference Image)
