I wanted to do something glamorous and retro, but with a modern twist. I chose a retro silhouette, but selected very modern and simple clothing. I found a gorgeous pencil skirt, paired with a wine top and black blazer. I really wanted to accentuate the metal tips on the shirt collar, so I chose accessories that complimented it. I also chose a darker plum colored hat to tie in the retro look.
