This outfit is inspired by the new started Pokemon, Fennekin, from Pokemon X & Y. Since Fennekin has a relatively simple color palette, I wanted to focus on the feeling of the Pokemon. Fennekin seems very cute, feminine, and elegant so I used those adjectives when choosing pieces for this outfit. I found a beautiful mustard lace top which I paired with a darker cardigan. I then found skinny jeans and red flats. I really wanted to drive the lady-like feeling home so I chose a pearl necklace and pearl-y looking watch. This outfit is perfect for wearing on the weekends, or even dressed up with classic jeans and wedges for work.
