This outfit is inspired by Fi of Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. This dress is absolutely perfect for the character of Fi; it has similar shapes to her cloak and the exact same colors. I would recommend not wearing too much accessories with this outfit, except maybe some longer earrings, just because it would draw attention away from the lovely sleeve on the dress.
